Delivery and returns
Small dog beds are typically dispatched by Royal Mail on a 48 hour service. Medium and Large dog beds are shipped by courier on a 48 hour service. Hindquarters dog collars and leads, and dog bowls, will be dispatched by Royal Mail. Deliveries to UK addresses should arrive within 3 working days from order. Please let us know if you would like delivery on a particular day.
We welcome international orders and the Hindquarters website is configured to accept orders from outside the UK. Shipping costs for international orders are added at point of checkout and vary according to weight, dimension and destination.
For orders made from outside the EU 20% VAT (Value Added Tax) - included in the stated price - is deducted at checkout.
A guide to international shipping costs: the cost of shipping items outside the UK varies according to weight and size, but also varies from time to time. For example, it costs about £5 to post a collar or lead to a destination outside the UK. Shipping two, three or four dog collars or dog leads costs £8 to any address in the world. Dog beds to the EU cost £10 for a Small size dog bed, £18 for a Medium, and £20 for a Large dog bed. To north America including the USA and Canada, costs for shipping dog beds are: S = £15, M = £50, L = £75. Please note these costs are a guide. We produce functional, quality products for dogs and their owners and are proud of what we make and sell. But we will not be totally satisfied until you are and so we offer a full refund or exchange (excluding package + postage costs) if you are not entirely happy with your Hindquarters product.
If you are not satisfied, please:
- cancel your order in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt letting us know reasons and whether you’d like a refund or exchange
- return the item to Hindquarters, PO BOX HQ, 46 Spenser Road, London SE24 0NR,
- please ask for a proof of postage as we can’t be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit back to us

Dog bed guarantee
Our dog beds are built to last and we are confident that treated with care they will last a lifetime. We are happy to repair or replace free of charge any dog beds or dog bed covers that rip or tear due to defects in materials or workmanship. This doesn't cover general wear and tear or damage caused by chewing.
Products, prices, payment and VAT
All prices on the Hindquarters website include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. We also include delivery costs to UK addresses.
For customers outside the EU where VAT is not applicable VAT will be removed from the price of your total order and it is your responsibility to resolve any local or duty taxes.
All payments are processed in GB Pounds Sterling. Payment from any other currency will be calculated by your payment provider and calculated in to your local currency on your card statement. Hindquarters Ltd reserve the right to refuse to supply products to any individual or company.
Under UK law, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel your order. Exchange and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this Hindquarters can refuse the right to accept a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Products displayed on the Hindquarters website are available while stocks allow, and items can be removed without any prior notice. The pricing and descriptions of products can also be amended at any point without notice. We aim to show the colours and details of our dog products as accurately as possible. However as resolutions, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed the accuracy of colours cannot be guaranteed. And as Hindquarters products are handmade the accuracy of details and measurements cannot be guaranteed.
Privacy and security
Hindquarters are committed to protecting and maintaining our customers’ privacy and making the use of our website as simple and secure as possible.
We collect your personal information when you place an order with Hindquarters. By placing an order, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone number, home address, delivery and billing address(es) in order to process and fulfill the order. Card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, via our secure Payment Service Provider's systems. Your phone number will only be used if there’s a problem with your order or its delivery and we need to get in touch quickly.
Electronic payment transactions are handled by WorldPay using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) which ensure that data is encrypted and thus protected. So we do not store or have access to your card details at any point in a transaction. If we suspect suspicious use of your card we will contact you by telephone or email.
Data held is securely stored using industry standard firewalls and can only be accessed by Hindquarters. We will use your personal data in order to process your order and deliver your purchases and to inform you of progress. We may contact you occasionally by email with promotional information and news, from which you can simply unsubscribe at any time.
We will not pass your details on to any third parties. Please let us know if you would rather not receive information from Hindquarters by contacting email@example.com
